Alexey Timchenko

Alexey Timchenko has held various IT leadership roles throughout their career. Alexey is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at TASC Towers since June 2020. Previously, they held the position of CIO at UNIPRO from April 2017 to June 2020.

Prior to that, Alexey worked as the Head of IT at Lukoil Overseas Service B.V. from October 2011 to October 2016, where they managed global IT infrastructure and led a team of 37 direct reports.

Before joining Lukoil, they held the position of Head of IT at Russian Transport Insurance Company (RSTK) from July 2010 to October 2011. In this role, they successfully implemented new systems and services, including workflow systems and IP telephony.

Alexey also served as Deputy CIO at Rosgosstrakh from March 2008 to August 2010, where they delivered system implementation projects and led a large-scale technical team.

Alexey started their career as a System Architect at IBM EE/A from September 2004 to October 2005.

Alexey Timchenko received their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, which they attended from 1992 to 1998. Alexey later obtained additional certifications in Digital Leadership and Digital Transformation Strategy from Boston University in 2019.
