Nemanja Nedeykovic

Nemanja Nedeykovic is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group Head of HR - Administration at TASHAS GROUP since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nemanja held the HR Manager position at Fundamental Hospitality from January 2021 to August 2023, and worked as an HR Manager (Preopening) at a confidential company from February 2020 to October 2020, where responsibilities included managing full-cycle recruitment, establishing HR SOPs, and compliance with DIFC Employment Law. Earlier experience includes working in HR at Q Square Consultancy, focusing on employee database development and recruitment. Nemanja holds a BA in Political Science with a focus on International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Belgrade, as well as a degree in E-commerce and Entrepreneurship with a specialization in Digital Marketing from IT Academy.
