Tricia Hall

Tricia Hall has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Tricia is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at TASI Group since October 2016. Prior to this role, Tricia worked at Manitowoc Foodservice as a Senior Manager of Human Resources from September 2013 to September 2016.

Tricia has also held positions at Raymond James Financial as an HR Relationship Manager from November 2007 to September 2013, and at the Florida Department of Health as an HR Manager from 2005 to 2007.

Earlier in their career, Tricia worked at ACE, Americas Cash Express as an HR Manager for the Southeast region from 2003 to 2005, and at Kohler Co. as a Human Resource Specialist from 1998 to 2003. Their comprehensive experience in various HR roles demonstrates their expertise in the field.

Tricia Hall has a Master's degree in Management and Organizational Behavior which they obtained from Silver Lake College between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources at Silver Lake College from 1992 to 1994. Before pursuing higher education, Tricia attended Paul Smith's College between 1987 and 1989, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Forest Recreation. In terms of additional certifications, Tricia obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in December 2015. It is unknown when or where they obtained the Professional In Human Resources (PHR) certification.
