Brandon Shelton

Brandon Shelton has had a long and varied career in the military and business sectors. Brandon began their career in 1998 as a Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army, where they developed practices for analytics and insights generation, and operated at both the strategic and tactical levels. Brandon also led two different platoons overseas and deployed to North Africa, Europe, and Eastern Europe. In 2004, they joined Barclays Investment Bank as a Sales Assistant in Mortgage Securities, where they earned their Series 7 and 63 licenses. In 2007, they joined J.P. Morgan (Bear Stearns) as a Vice President in Credit Trading, where they were part of the transition team post the forced sale of Bear Stearns to JP Morgan. In 2008, they joined McKinney Rogers as a Partner and Principal Consultant in Strategy Execution Consultancy. In 2012, they joined Wirtz Beverage Group as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Planning, and later Vice President of Strategy. In 2015, they founded and became Managing Director of T2 Growth Advisors and Founder & Managing Partner of Task Force X Capital Management. In 2018, they became a Member of the Board of Directors for Kindred Canada.

Brandon Shelton received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in 2007, with a focus in Finance and General Business. Brandon also earned a BSBA from the University of Richmond in 1998, with a focus in Finance and Business Administration. In 1996, they studied German at Universität Klagenfurt.
