Jörg Hepe

Jörg Hepe is an experienced executive currently serving as CEO of CCS Customized Chemical Solutions since September 2024 and as a member of the Management Board at taskforce - Management on Demand AG since August 2019. Previously, Jörg held the position of General Manager at Caramba Chemie from December 2020 to September 2024, and CEO at Beromin GmbH from August 2011 to June 2019. Jörg's extensive background includes roles as Sales Director Germany and Head of International Strategic Sales at Henkel, Sales Director at Lorenz Bahlsen Snack-World, and Key Account Director at Sara Lee Household & Body Care Research. Jörg began a career in sales management at GSK and WALTER RAU Lebensmittelwerke GmbH & Co. KG. Holding a Diplomkaufmann in Business Administration from the University of Münster, Jörg has cultivated a significant expertise in sales and management throughout a diverse career spanning over three decades.
