Kathleen Harris

Kathleen Harris is the founder of Cornfield Point Consulting, LLC, and an advisor at TaskHuman. Kathleen has over 20 years of experience in the benefits and human resources field.

Kathleen began their career at Time Warner Inc., where they worked for 13 years in various positions, including Vice President Benefits, Executive Director Benefits, Director, Strategic Benefits & Pensions, and Manager, Strategic Benefits.

Kathleen then spent four years as a Health and Welfare Consultant at Watson Wyatt before moving to Towers Perrin, where they spent three years in the same role.

Kathleen has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of benefits and human resources, and they are passionate about helping companies create the best possible benefits packages for their employees.

Kathleen Harris has a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University Bloomington, a MPH from Yale University, and a BSPH from Indiana University Bloomington. Kathleen also has a Nonprofit Management and Leadership: Strategies for Organizational Success Program from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education.
