Rosa McDonald

Rosa McDonald has a wealth of experience in project management and customer success roles. Rosa currently works at TaskHuman as a Customer Success Manager, where Rosa handles day-to-day relationships with customers and ensures alignment of objectives. Prior to that, Rosa worked at BTS for several years, starting as a Junior Project Manager and progressing to Senior Manager roles. At BTS, Rosa led teams, developed talent, and ensured the success of various projects.
