Arjay Angodung

Arjay Angodung has been working in the customer service industry for over 20 years. Arjay began their career as a director of operations for PeopleSupport, Inc. in 2004. In this role, they were responsible for managing multiple sites and 1,750 employees. Arjay was also responsible for $23 million in P&L management and service delivery for multiple industries. In 2008, they became the senior director of operations for Aegis PeopleSupport Philippines Inc. In this role, they were responsible for the full P&L for the business unit and service delivery for multiple clients across several locations. In 2011, they joined Teleperformance as vice-president of operations. In this role, they were responsible for revenue and profit improvement, managing large vendor operations, redesigning business processes, labor and expense controls, and operational management. In 2016, they joined TaskUs as VP of operations.

Arjay Angodung has a BS in Management with a concentration in Applied Corporate Management from De La Salle University.
