Charina Mercado

Charina Mercado is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in various roles within TaskUs, including Human Resource Manager, Human Resource Supervisor, and Executive Assistant since July 2019. Prior to this, Charina worked at Alorica from May 2015 to July 2019, serving as a Hiring and Retention Specialist, Quality Analyst, and Customer Account Executive. Charina holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Batangas State University, completed between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in the same field from the University of Batangas, earned between 2011 and 2015.
