Clare de Guzman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global operations and client services. Currently serving as Division Vice President of Global Operations at TaskUs since August 2021, Clare previously held the position of Vice President of Global Accounts. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Client Services at Everise, where Clare managed multiple accounts across various industries including Retail, Financial, Airlines, Travel, and Entertainment. At Convergys, Clare advanced through roles from Client Services Manager to Director of Program Management, overseeing Customer Care and Sales Sites in Mobility and Entertainment for the Philippines and LATAM. Clare's career began at eTelecare Global Solutions, progressing from Outbound Sales Representative to Team Leader in Operations and Intraday Management. Clare holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Miriam College, completed in 2000.
