Hanako Papec is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management, quality assurance, and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at TaskUs since August 2021, Hanako established a new QA department and collaborated with clients to implement industry-standard practices. Prior experience includes roles at Grand Canyon University, where responsibilities encompassed data analysis, quality assurance, and training development, as well as earlier positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. focusing on mortgage consulting and branch management.
