Mark Sterling

DVP, Project Management at TaskUs

Mark Sterling is the VP of Project Management at TaskUs. Mark has over 10 years of experience in leadership roles in project management and transition management. Prior to joining TaskUs, Mark was the Senior Director, Transition and Transformation at Sutherland Global Services. In this role, they were responsible for the growth and development of a team of Transition Managers across the APAC and EMEA regions. Mark also led key strategic project and program launches on behalf of the organization.

Mark has a proven track record of successfully launching and expanding operations in new geographies. Mark was instrumental in expanding the Sutherland Global Services footprint through the successful launch of operations in Sweden and Estonia. Mark also supported a large scale consultative project to blueprint a Center of Excellence for a leading airline partner. In addition, they expanded the global team by four PMP certified PMs to support the organization's growth.

Most recently, Mark Sterling initiated a mentoring program to prepare future leaders for a career path in Project Management. This program has been successful in developing the next generation of leaders at TaskUs.

Mark Sterling earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Mark is also certified by the Project Management Institute as a PMP.

Mark Sterling reports to Bryce Maddock, CEO. and Leslie Arambulo - Senior Director, Project Management Office reports to Mark Sterling. Mark Sterling works with Jon Wouters - VP, Expansion and Growth, Kerry Carstairs - SVP, Client Services, and Bret Ransom - VP, Business Development.
