Reema Vaghani

Reema Vaghani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, holding key leadership roles across various organizations. At TaskUs, from February 2019 to June 2021, Reema served as Vice President of Learning Experience, focusing on creating impactful learning experiences and managing succession planning and business acquisition initiatives. Prior to that, Reema founded Pronoia Learning Solutions and served as CEO from January 2016 to February 2019, and worked as India Business Support Lead at GLDOD. Reema also held the position of Vice President of Training and Development at Radius Global Solutions LLC and was AVP of Learning and Development at Veldos LLC (formerly NCO India Pvt. Ltd.). Academically, Reema holds a PGCBM from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a B.Com in Management from Jai Hind College.
