Ria Jose

Ria Jose, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and process improvement, currently serving as a Project Manager at TaskUs since August 2015, where initiatives led have enhanced user experience for over 20,000 employees and reduced operational costs. Prior to this role, Ria was a Continuous Improvement Senior Officer at [24]7 from February 2007 to July 2015, focusing on process optimizations through Six Sigma methodologies. Ria's career began as a Quality Assurance Officer at eTelecare Global Solutions and as a Customer Care Professional at Hinduja Global Solutions PH. Ria holds a degree in Applied Economics from St. Scholastica's College, Manila, and completed the Applied Project Management Program at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
