Shawn Stoner is the Director of Client Services at TaskUs. Shawn has over 20 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Shawn started their career as a Director of Operations at West Corporation. Shawn then went on to become the President/Managing Member of Resultant Contact Solutions, LLC. Shawn then became the Sr. Director of Strategic Services at TPG TeleManagement where they worked with TPG's Fortune 500 clients to take TPG's analytics and turn them into insights and action that improve client results and transform customer experiences. Shawn then became the Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at The Echelon Group LLC. Shawn is now the Director of Client Services at TaskUs where they lead a team of customer engagement professionals to develop solutions that optimize customer experience and enable our clients to achieve their desired business outcomes.
