Soumya Poddar

Soumya Poddar currently serves as the Global Head of Data Science and Analytics at TaskUs since October 2025. Prior to this role, Soumya held various positions at TP, including Senior Vice President Consulting and Vice President Consulting from November 2017 to September 2025. Soumya also worked at EXL as Assistant Vice President from May 2011 to November 2017 and began a career in supply chain engineering at TVS Motor Company from April 2007 to March 2008. Academic qualifications include a PGDM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (2009-2011) and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata (2003-2007).
