Keegan MacDonald, EIT, is an experienced Environmental Scientist at Tasman Geosciences Inc. since May 2023. Previously, MacDonald worked as a Staff Engineer at Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants from August 2018 to April 2022. MacDonald also held the position of Lead Consultant at the UW-Madison Collaborative for Engineering Education and Teaching Excellence from January 2014 to January 2018, providing support for learning management systems and assisting instructors with course design. Additional experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on Finite Element Analysis for sheet pile retaining walls, and as a Research Assistant Intern at the Institute of Tunneling and Construction Management - Ruhr University-Bochum, where research on bentonite slurry in tunneling was conducted. MacDonald earned a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering with a focus on Geology and Geophysics, along with certificates in German and International Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2013 and 2017.
