Judy Clarke is currently working as a Technical Officer on the Threatened Birds Project at Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery. Prior to this, Judy held positions such as Wildlife Health Officer at the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water, and Environment, Vertebrate Biologist at the Australian Antarctic Division, and Wildlife Biologist at the Save the Tasmanian Devil Program. Judy has a Ph.D. in Wildlife Health and Conservation from Murdoch University, a Master's Degree in Seabird Ecology from the University of Tasmania, and a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Science from the University of Sydney.

The Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery aims to provide, promote and facilitate interaction with, and understanding of, the cultural and natural world for present and future generations. The Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery collects, preserves, researches, displays, interprets and safeguards the physical evidence of the natural and cultural heritage of Tasmania, together with relevant material from interstate and overseas. The purpose of this collection is to provide present and future generations with the opportunity to gain information and insight into their world.
