Daniel Jonas

Daniel Jonas is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as Leader of Telco Customer and Operations at TasNetworks since July 2014. In this role, Daniel oversees pre-sales support, service delivery, and network operations, focusing on providing telecommunications services to wholesale, government, and corporate customers. Daniel's technical expertise includes managing IP, Ethernet, MPLS, and optical fibre networks, and delivering various services such as L3 VPN and Dark Fibre. Prior to TasNetworks, Daniel held leadership and engineering roles at Aurora Energy, Hydro Tasmania, NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks, and Telstra. Daniel holds a Master of Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from UNSW.
