Michael Seddon

Michael Seddon has over 40 years of experience in the electrical engineering and project management sectors. Currently serving as the Transmission Reset Project Manager at TasNetworks since July 2014, Michael previously held multiple managerial roles at Transend Networks from 1998 to 2013, including Project Manager for the 2014 Revenue Reset and Manager of NEM Strategy and Compliance. Earlier career positions include various engineering roles at Hydro Tasmania, where responsibilities spanned transmission planning, power station design, and technical specialization, and at the State Electricity Commission of Victoria, focusing on electrical design and production coordination. Michael holds an MBA in Technology Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Tasmania.
