Nick Fleming GAICD is a seasoned executive and professor with extensive experience in leadership, strategy, and sustainable infrastructure. As the Managing Director and founding director of Innergise Pty Ltd since May 2015, Nick focuses on developing innovative strategies and projects that drive progress in various sectors. In addition to ongoing roles as a Non-Executive Director at TasNetworks, South East Water, and Iota, Nick serves as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Queensland, contributing to sustainability research. With a background as National President of Engineers Australia and past directorship at South Gippsland Water, Nick has played a pivotal role in shaping the engineering profession's future.
