Caroline Hounsell

Caroline Hounsell has worked in various roles throughout their career. Caroline started at Sigma Pharmaceuticals in 1999 as a Category Manager until 2000. Afterwards, they joined Ego Pharmaceuticals in 2000 as a Marketing Manager, a role they held until 2012. In 2012, they moved to Tassal Group and worked as the Head of Marketing until 2022. Caroline then transitioned to the role of Head of Responsible Business at Tassal Group.

Caroline Hounsell completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2020. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Monash University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons) in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of the West of Scotland, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Caroline completed their high school education at Denny High School from 1985 to 1991, earning 5 Highers.
