Kaylene Little has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Kaylene started their career at Westpac as an HR Manager in 1990 and worked there until 1999. Kaylene then joined KR Castlemaine Foods as a Corporate HR Manager from 2000 to 2005. After that, Kaylene joined Tassal as the Head of HR, QA & Safety in 2005 and later became the Head of People & Communities in 2019.
Kaylene Little attended the University of Tasmania and completed a Graduate Diploma in Management Learning in 2015. Prior to that, they studied at Response Learning and obtained a Certificate IV in WHS (Work Health and Safety) in 2014. Additionally, Kaylene attended Picton High School, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
