Alex Belonoochkin

Alex Belonoochkin is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Zelda's Kukla since June 2017, Alex specializes in creating Russian-inspired dishes with a California twist, complemented by house-infused vodkas. With additional roles as CEO of Food Hustler and Chef Manager at Taste Catering & Event Planning, Alex has built a robust culinary career that began with a degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy. Previous experience includes positions as Executive Chef at multiple establishments, including Arianicho and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, as well as contributing to opening teams at Amazon Lab126 and Arista Networks, Inc. Alex's career also includes work as a Catering Chef/Executive Sous Chef at Bon Appetit Management Company and operational leadership at Nico's Tacos.
