Dane W. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Dane is currently serving as the Director of IT at Tasteful Selections LLC since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of IT at Agriculture Capital Operations from 2017 to 2021, leading the IT functions and supporting the company's acquisition and growth strategy. Before that, they held the position of Sr. Manager, IT at Bolthouse Farms/C-Fresh A Division of the Campbell Soup Co. for ten years, where they built a world-class IT team and transformed IT capabilities to meet business requirements. Dane also gained experience in project management, systems engineering, and pre-sales engineering at Tamalpais Group and held various programming and systems admin positions at Kern High School District.

Dane W. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from The Master's University, where they attended from 1995 to 1999.
