Élise Tastet has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Élise is the Founder, CEO, and CPO of tastet.ca, a website dedicated to providing local dining recommendations. Élise has also worked as a Program Manager for the Programme d’accélération du commerce international (PAC) at the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal. Additionally, they have participated in the Parcours PC3 program at the École des entrepreneurs du Québec and the Next AI Business side cohort in 2020. Élise has received training in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence from HEC Montréal. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Online Consultant for Montreal's PME and as a Master Student at HEC Montréal and Université de Montréal. Élise also gained experience as a Web Consultant Intern at the Ministry of Economy, Innovation, and Exports of Quebec. Élise began their career as an Undergraduate Student in Communications at Concordia University and worked as a Project Manager Intern at beaurepaire.
Élise Tastet started their education at the Jean de Brébeuf college, where they pursued a Cegep degree in Arts, lettres et communications from 2005 to 2007. Élise then enrolled at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal in 2008, where they obtained a Certificat in Art History. Continuing their educational journey, Élise attended Concordia University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's degree with a Specialization in Communication Studies. Lastly, they pursued a Master's degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce at HEC Montréal from 2013 to 2014.
