Eyal Gaon

Eyal Gaon is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the food innovation sector, currently serving as CTO and Co-Founder of Tastewise since July 2017. Tastewise specializes in consumer intelligence for food product and marketing innovation, leveraging AI to provide valuable analytics and insights. Prior to Tastewise, Eyal held the position of CTO at AlgoSeller and served as Co-Founder and VP of R&D at Xbrain. Eyal's background also includes founding AugmentAd and working as a web and mobile developer for various clients. Additionally, Eyal led mobile technology initiatives at SimilarWeb and was the Head of Technology at Tapuz from August 2004 to March 2010.
