Tyler Sorenson, CCIM

Tyler Sorenson, CCIM has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Tyler is currently serving as the President & COO of Tasty Restaurant Group since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at RPT Realty from March 2021 to March 2023 as a Managing Director. From August 2018 to March 2021, Tyler held the position of Vice President, Acquisitions at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc (NYSE: SRC). Tyler also served as the Director, Asset Management at the same company from September 2016 to August 2018, where they managed a team overseeing approximately 900 net-lease properties. Before joining Spirit Realty Capital, Inc, they worked at GE Capital as the Vice President - Real Estate from August 2011 to September 2016. Tyler started their career at Regency Centers as a Leasing Agent from January 2010 to August 2011. Tyler also gained experience in real estate brokerage services at Transwestern from October 2005 to December 2009, focusing on land assemblage and leasing for new development projects.

Tyler Sorenson, CCIM obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Tyler attended the university from 2001 to 2005. In 2013, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Southern Methodist University. Tyler completed their MBA studies in 2015.
