Richa Kujur

Richa Kujur is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as Group Manager - Marketing at TASVA, a collaboration between Aditya Birla Group and Tarun Tahiliani, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Richa held the position of Marketing Manager at BITSoM from October 2020 to February 2023 and worked as a Leadership Associate in the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs from June 2019 to September 2020, where Richa gained extensive exposure through hands-on learning across various business functions. Richa's early career includes valuable experience in customer engagement activities during the pandemic at Pantaloons and a summer internship focused on brand development at Aditya Birla Group, leading to a pre-placement offer. Richa holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BA in English Literature from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
