Kristan Bowen is an accomplished Digital Delivery Manager at TasWater, providing technical and project leadership to a dedicated team focused on enterprise development and infrastructure initiatives since January 2022. With prior experience at Queensland Treasury Corporation as Director of Enterprise Information and Technology, Kristan oversaw service management, cybersecurity, and established external partnerships. Previous roles include positions at Federal Group managing IT functions, as well as strategic leadership in consulting through Bowen IT Solutions. A strong background in information management and data architecture was developed at Brisbane Catholic Education and various health departments, along with military experience as a Tank Crewman in the Australian Army. Kristan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology and recently completed a course in Design-Led Strategy at the University of Sydney.
