Steane Walsh

Steane Walsh is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and IT management. Currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at TasWater since March 2025, Steane previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at Vault Cloud, where responsibilities included cloud service development and ITIL process integration. Steane's tenure at the Reserve Bank of Australia involved leading data technology strategies and operational support within the Financial Markets Group. Additional roles include Chief Architect at Infigen Energy and IT Manager positions at Roaring 40s and Logica. Steane holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and an Executive MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
