Arun Nair

Arun Nair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology transformation within the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Transformation at Tata AIA Life Insurance, Arun previously held various senior roles at Axis Bank, including Treasury Technology Transformation and Head Technology for Wholesale Banking. Their earlier career includes a position as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where Arun focused on strategy consulting and large-scale transformations for leading banks and insurance providers in India and the Middle East. Additionally, Arun led the BFSI practice at ECS Private Limited before its acquisition by PwC. Arun holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute. Furthering professional education, Arun attended INSEAD in 2018.
