Neelesh Jha

Neelesh Jha has over 20 years of cross-functional experience in the insurance industry, specifically in captive insurance BPO, large life insurance companies, and greenfield insurers. Neelesh has held leadership roles at various organizations, including Tata AIA Life Insurance, Pramerica Life Insurance, ING, and GE Capital. Their expertise includes international and domestic life insurance operations, customer services, new business and partner integration, policy servicing, customer retention, persistency, contact center, claims, strategic initiatives, planning and budgeting, project management, and service innovations. Currently, they are the Vice President and Head of Business Conservation at Tata AIA Life Insurance.

Neelesh Jha has participated in the Management Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained the ACS and PCS certifications from LOMA in 2005. Neelesh also attended Delhi University from 1994 to 1997, although their degree and field of study are not specified.
