Swetaparna Mishra has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Group Business at Bharti AXA Life Insurance since April 2021. Previously, Swetaparna held the position of Head of Term Life (Group Business) at Birla Sun Life Insurance from July 2017 to April 2021. Earlier roles at Max Life Insurance Company Limited included positions such as Assistant Vice President for both Employee Benefits and Group Credit Life, as well as Regional Manager and Manager in Group Business. Swetaparna began the career at Pioneer Insurance Brokers as a Manager and also worked at Moneyline Telerate and Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd. Swetaparna holds an MBA in Finance from Vellore Institute of Technology and a BCOM in Commerce from Orissa HR Recruitment.
