Sudhir Shenoy has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Sudhir started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Life Insurance Corporation of India in 1990 and held the position until 1993. Sudhir then worked as an Accounts Executive at SBI Funds Management Ltd for two years. In 1995, Sudhir joined Morgan Stanley India as an Associate in Global Custody, where they worked until 1998. After that, they worked at JP Morgan Chase as AVP and Head of Legal and Compliance for three years. In 2001, they joined Deutsche Asset Management India Pvt. Ltd as VP and Head of Legal, Compliance, Business Risk, and Company Secretary, where they worked until 2005. Currently, Sudhir holds the position of Senior Vice President of Legal Compliance and Company Secretary at Tata AIG Life Insurance Company Ltd.
Sudhir Shenoy completed their education from 1977 to 1986 at Adarsh English School, where they studied English. Sudhir then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Mumbai from 1986 to 1991. In the same period, they also attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India to pursue A.C.S and study Company Secretarial Subjects. Finally, from 1991 to 1994, Sudhir Shenoy obtained their L.L.B degree in Law from the University of Mumbai.
