Govind Bhat

Govind Bhat, PMP, is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in information technology, primarily within the Tata Group. Currently serving as GM of IT & Business Systems at Tata BlueScope Steel since May 2005, Govind Bhat's expertise spans IT strategy, SAP, manufacturing execution systems, data center management, and IT service delivery. Previously held roles include Deputy General Manager of IT Systems and Manager of IT at Tata Steel, where responsibilities included system design and development for operational processes. Educational qualifications include an Executive PGP in Operations & Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BE in Mechanical from Manipal Institute of Technology, complemented by Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
