Prasad Ranade

Prasad Ranade currently serves as Deputy Vice President of Business Transformation in Corporate Finance at Tata Capital, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Prasad held the role of Chief Information Officer at Tata Cleantech Capital Ltd. from February 2011 to December 2023, where responsibilities included setting IT objectives, implementing technology to optimize operations, and overseeing IT-related projects. Prasad also served as Head of Credit Administration & Monitoring at Tata Cleantech Capital Ltd., focusing on post-sanction activities and asset portfolio management. Prior experience includes Regional Head of Credit Administration at Kotak Mahindra Bank and Branch Head positions at Centurion Bank of Punjab Limited and Janakalyan Sahakari Bank Ltd. Prasad holds a Master of Commerce in Financial Management and Management Accounting from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Commerce with a similar focus from N G Bedekar College of Commerce.
