Rahul Pinjarkar

Rahul Pinjarkar is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience across multiple industries and roles. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Tata Chemicals since June 2023, Rahul has previously held significant positions including Director of Human Resources at Trent Ltd for Trent Hypermarket, and Vice President of Human Resources at Saint-Gobain. Additional roles include Head of HR for Vaccines & Diagnostics at Novartis India and Senior Manager of HR at ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd. Early in their career, Rahul worked at Philips Lighting and Wockhardt Ltd. Rahul holds a Master of Labour Studies in Human Resources and Organisational Behavior from the Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics from the Institute of Science, Nagpur.
