Sriram Srinivasan

Sriram Srinivasan has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Sriram started their career in 1990 as a Senior Consultant at Online Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi. From 1995 to 2001, they worked as a Manager Finance at Hitech Drilling Services India Ltd., where they gained expertise in finance and handled project proposals and M&A transactions.

In 2002, Sriram joined Tata Chemicals Limited as a Sr. Manager - Financial Analysis. During their time there, they assisted in strategy formulation and M&A due diligence for various business lines. Sriram also served as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and gained a holistic understanding of the business.

From 2006 to 2009, Sriram took on the role of Head Biofuels at Tata Chemicals Limited, where they set up the Biofuels business and established an ethanol facility in India. Sriram also created international joint venture opportunities and further developed their general managerial capability.

In 2009, Sriram joined JOil Singapore Pte Ltd as the General Manager - Strategy and Marketing. Sriram later became the Chief Financial Officer and played a key role in shaping the company's strategy, finance, and operations. In 2015, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer, where they focused on building JOil into a commercial organization. Sriram remained with JOil until 2018.

In 2011, Sriram also served as the President Director at Monfori Nusantara, a company acquired by JOil. Sriram was responsible for steering the operations of the company and found the assignment to be challenging and exciting.

Sriram's most recent work experience is with Tata Chemicals, where they currently hold the position of Chief Risk Officer & Head - Strategic Finance since April 2022. Sriram previously served as the Regional Head - ASEAN from November 2018 to September 2022.

Sriram Srinivasan completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Corporate Secretaryship from Madurai Kamaraj University, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the same university, studying from 1988 to 1990.
