He sets the strategic direction of TCTS’ vision to build and drive value-sensitive and innovative solutions globally. Towards this, he empowers clients to take advantage of the transformative & growth opportunities in a disruptive digital world. At the helm of TCTS’ progressive business operations, Siva leads expansion strategies with a sharp focus on delivering the next stage of sustainable business growth.

Siva is a recognized industry voice and frequently features in key forums and global events as an authority for telecommunications and transformative technologies. He has been an active member of prestigious industry and standards bodies.

Siva has over three decades of industry experience and has been with the Tata Group for over 20+ years. He joined TCTS from Tata Sons Private Ltd., where he was the Vice President and Head of Global Corporate Affairs. Prior to joining Tata Sons, he was with Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) as the Vice President and Global Head of the Telecom Business Unit. He steered the Telecom business in TCS to sustainable business growth, charting new markets and accounts. It grew to become one of the largest industry verticals within TCS, with a global and diverse Customer and Employee base accounting for business to the tune of USD 1.5 Billion.

Under Siva’s visionary leadership and deep understanding of the business, the existing relationships were deepened and new ones forged. The organization ventured forth with compelling new offerings and a strong Services and Solutions portfolio to become a Partner of Choice for many customers and partners. Siva is known to always put the customer first and is a highly respected figure in the Industry.

Before joining the Tata Group, Siva has played multiple roles across industries in deploying technology to solving business problems, creating new products, markets and business models in various industries such as Telecom, IT, BFSI and Manufacturing.

Siva is a Post-graduate from the University of Delhi, India.
