Prakash Bogi

Prakash Bogi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several reputable companies. Prakash began their career as an Article Trainee at S.B. Billimoria & Co (Deloitte) / R K Agarwal & Associates in 2004. After completing their training, they joined Morgan Stanley in 2007, where they held various roles, including Analyst, Rotation Analyst (London), and Associate. In 2011, they joined Tata Communications as an Assistant Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis before being promoted to Manager and later Senior Manager in the same department. Prakash then transitioned to A.P. Moller - Maersk, working as a Finance Business Partner for their Logistics & Services and Damco divisions. Prakash eventually became a Senior Finance Business Partner before joining Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS) in 2023 as the Head of Business Finance and Contract Management. Throughout their career, Prakash has demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, investment process, negotiation, legal framework, and consolidation and reporting of financial information.

Prakash Bogi has an extensive education history in the field of accounts and management accounting. From 2002 to 2006, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained a CA degree with a focus on accounts, cost and management accounting, corporate laws, and taxes. In the same period, they also pursued a CMA degree at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, specializing in cost and management accounting.

Prior to their professional certifications, Prakash completed a bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com Hon.) from an unidentified institution. This four-year program, which spanned from 1998 to 2002, equipped him with knowledge in accountancy, cost management, law, and taxes.
