Carl Osborne

Carl Osborne has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of International Cable Network Development at Tata Communications since April 2007. In addition to this role, Osborne chairs the Financial & Commercial Sub-Committee for the West Africa Cable System (WACS) and the Management Committee for SEA-ME-WE-4 (SMW4). Prior to joining Tata Communications, Osborne held various positions at Cable & Wireless UK from April 1997 to March 2007, including Account Manager and Network Development Manager, and worked as an International Facilities Planner at Mercury Communications from November 1993 to April 1997. Osborne holds a degree from the University of Warwick, earned between 1988 and 1991.
