Dheeraj Arora

Dheeraj Arora currently serves in the role of Global COE - Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Recognition at Tata Communications, beginning in September 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Axis Bank as Manager - Regional HR & Central Projects and Deputy Manager - Regional HRBP from July 2021 to September 2023. Dheeraj has also completed internships in human resources at Nestlé, Fashion TV, and SUEZ in 2020. Dheeraj holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from the International Management Institute, completed between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from DAV College, Jalandhar, earned from 2015 to 2018. Early education was completed at Kamla Nehru Public School in India from 2013 to 2015.
