Eric Shum

Eric Shum is an experienced professional in solution engineering and architecture, currently serving as Associate Director - Solution Engineering for Asia Pacific at Tata Communications since April 2015, with previous roles including Sr. Manager - Solutions Engineering and Senior Solutions Architect. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Solutions Architect at Vodafone Global Enterprise in 2015 and held multiple positions at Tata Communications and PCCW GLOBAL from 1997 to 2014. Eric's career began at Eastern Sonic as a Network Operator and progressed through various technical roles, demonstrating a solid foundation in network and solution management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Systems from the University of Staffordshire and a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
