Isha Gandhi

Isha Gandhi is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Tata Communications. Prior to this role, Isha held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Manager at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Isha also contributed to HRuday - the HR Cell at NMIMS as Vice President and gained early experience as a Summer Intern at Salto Dee Fe and as an Intern at CRY - Child Rights and You. Isha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Thakur College of Engineering & Technology, obtained in 2013.
