Michael Lawrence

Michael Lawrence is an accomplished Director in Project Management and Digital Transformation at Tata Communications, with experience in business transformation, data analytics, and strategic program management since December 2004. Responsibilities include managing resources for C-level strategic presentations and financial forecasting. Previously, Michael led a team for customer implementations resulting in revenue exceeding $700M, and directed product development efforts during the merger with VSNL International. As a volunteer Board Member and Director of Analytics for PMI - New Jersey Chapter since October 2022, Michael focuses on reporting and analytics to aid decision-making. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Teleglobe and ITXC, with a strong emphasis on project management and process improvements. Michael holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Scranton and an MS in Information Science from Penn State Great Valley.
