Senthil Natarajan

Senthil Natarajan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and customer success management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success Management at Tata Communications since June 2024, Senthil oversees customer lifecycle management, retention, revenue enhancement, and strategic program development. Before this role, Senthil was Vice President of Sales for the APAC region at Tata Communications Transformation Services from April 2019 to June 2024, driving revenue growth and market leadership while managing regional strategies and partnerships. Senthil's career also includes significant achievements at TATA Communications Ltd. as Vice President of Enterprise Sales and Reliance Communications as Sales Manager for Enterprise Sales. Senthil began a professional journey in sales with Xerox India. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Bharathidasan University and participation in the Tata Group Executive Leadership Program at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
