Rajashekhar Malur

Rajashekhar Malur is the current Chief Technology Officer at Tata Consulting Engineers. Rajashekhar has held this position since June of 2020. Before that, Rajashekhar Malur was the Head of Global Delivery for Energy Business at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited from August 2016 to May 2018. In that role, they were responsible for project delivery across Generation (Thermal, Nuclear, Hydro, Renewable and Opex sectors) and Transmission & Distribution with 800+ resources. Rajashekhar's responsibilities included target revenue and profitability, support to marketing, sales and business development, customer connects, strategy, budgeting, resource planning, utilization, project reviews, predictability, risk reviews, driving technology excellence, competency development, recruitment, performance appraisals, communication and employee engagement across delivery centers globally.

Rajashekhar Malur completed their PhD in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Structural Reliability from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. Rajashekhar then went on to be a Visiting Scholar in Structural Reliability at The Johns Hopkins University. Rajashekhar Malur completed their Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering from University Visveswaraya College of Engineering, Jnana Bharathi, Bangalore.
