Arshia Singh

Arshia Singh is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as the Director of HR Packaged Foods and Integrated Finance at Tata Consumer Products since January 2020. In this role, Arshia leads global talent management and learning initiatives in a hyper-growth environment. Previous roles include HR Business Partner and Talent Management Lead for Supply Chain at Times of India, as well as various managerial positions at WNS Global Services, where responsibilities encompassed compensation and benefits, organizational development, and HR project management. Arshia holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Panjab University.
