Joel Kilpack, PE, has extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer and Project Manager at Tata Group since July 2024. Prior roles include Electrical Engineer at Idaho National Laboratory from February 2016 to July 2025, and Senior Project Manager at EPC Services from June 2014 to July 2025.
